The Murray
Murray River is the most important inland waterway in Australia. Imagine paddling through its 2,700 km snaky body from north eastern Victoria to its end in the south near Adelaide. You don’t have to do this in one go though as there are many towns along the waterway for resting. There are also a lot to see other than the waterway itself and the World Heritage listed Mungo National Park is one of the many choices.
