Barry has been photographing Australia’s Outback for many years. During this time his appreciation of that, sometimes remote, area has only intensified. The harsh light, the saturated reds and browns of the sand and the rocks, the deep, almost unbelievable, blue of the sky, and the white of the Ghost Gums. These are colours that feature regularly in Barry’s photography.
One of Barry’s particular photographic interests is photographing the Central Australian scenery at night. During the cooler months The Centre is ideal for this type of photography. A night under the Outback sky is something not to be missed.
